Steve Gunner, CEO

Originally from the U.K., Steve is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of domestic and international experience in IT Staffing and Professional Services. He crafts Abacus’ strategic vision, shapes our internal culture and brings an everyday passion that’s infectious to employees, clients and consultants alike. Steve is very active with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the North Texas Chapter.

Paul Baldwin, CFO

As CFO of Abacus Technical Services LLC, Paul is responsible for the financial integrity of the company.  Paul has worked with the senior executives of the company over a period spanning 30 years, including several acquisitions and divestitures.  Paul started his career in London as a Chartered Accountant, and was transferred to New York in 1987.  Paul’s experience includes high level consulting entities, software development companies as well as talent acquisition services.   Paul currently serves as a Board, Audit and Compensation Committee member for nonPareil Institute (nPi), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing IT technical training to students diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
